Yes, of course you can park. You do not need the application either at the time of parking or at the time you create your ParkPay account.
With the app, you can identify the closest parking places, whether they are in the ParkPay network or not. If the parking you want to enter is already on our network, then the barrier will automatically open and you will be able to enter or leave the parking lot. If you choose a non-networked parking location, then you will follow the access and payment rules of that parking.
